We aim to deliver Product(s) to you, at the delivery address you have stated in your Order, normally within the time period set out below.
However, we cannot give an exact delivery time and date. If we have not delivered the Product(s) within 30 days of you submitting your Order, or any other date that we have agreed with you, then you are free to cancel the Contract and we will refund any money paid by you.
Deliveries within United Kingdom
Due to the variety of our stock, there are different postage and packing charges for various items. Delivery charges are always confirmed upon checkout. If you are in any doubt, please ask.
Unless otherwise stated, Postage and Packing for all UK deliveries is at a standard charge of £2.99.
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. Deliveries are usually made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday - Friday. A signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries.
Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to BFPO addresses.
Deliveries within European Union European
Unless otherwise stated, our standard delivery charge for all European deliveries is £9.99. Please check individual products for alternative delivery charges.
For European deliveries, the courier delivers between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday - Friday. A signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries.
Please be aware, certain items are not available for delivery outside of the United Kingdom. These items include, but are not limited to wine, flowers and other perishables. If you are in any doubt, please contact us and we will be able to advise.
Deliveries to the USA
Unless otherwise stated, our standard delivery charge for all USA deliveries is £19.99.
For USA deliveries, the courier delivers between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday - Friday and until 1.00 PM on Saturday. A signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries.
Please be aware, certain items are not available for delivery outside of the United Kingdom. These items include, but are not limited to wine, flowers and other perishables. If you are in any doubt, please contact us and we will be able to advise.
General Information for all Orders
1. POSTAGE COSTS
We will only charge you our stated standard postage amount once on each order of between one and five articles. This applies even if we need to send more than one parcel. Orders of six or more items may incur a further postage charge.
2. CURRENCY
All purchases will be charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP). We indicate prices in Pounds Sterling (GBP) in our website. We reserve the right to change these prices at any time. If you are ordering from countries using currency other than GBP, please be aware that International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate from your currency to GBP, and may add an additional processing or administration fee.
3. IMPORT REGULATIONS, ETC.
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our Products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations. Please also note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check local customs and/or import regulations before placing an order for international delivery. Conical Sphere Shop cannot offer assistance in this process, and we must reserve the right to decline orders for Products that are not permitted to be delivered to your country or state.
4. CUSTOMS DUTIES, ETC.
Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation in your country or state. Customers are deemed to have checked or are otherwise aware of these details before placing any orders for international delivery. All Products are sold on an Import Duty/Local Tax Unpaid basis. The recipient may therefore have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or upon delivery.
