Grape: The Lapostolle is 53% Carmenère, 47% Shiraz. The Cipresseto is 85% Sangiovese, 15% complementary varietals. The Champagne is 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay.
Colour: 2x Rosé & Champagne.
Nose: The Lapostolle has delicate aromas of raspberries and red wild berries with touches of sweet citrus and nectarine, while the Cipresseto has aromas of blackcurrant and cherry. The Champagne has a strawberry/biscuity nose.
Palate: The Lapostolle has a fresh palate with vivid acidity, light body with a very pleasant finish. The Cipresseto has an attractive crisp balance on the palate. The Jean Paul Deville palate has full flavours of raspberry and wild strawberry.
Alc/vol: Lapostolle: 13.5%. Cipresseto: 11%, Champagne 12%.
Serving Suggestion: The Lapostolle is rerfect for fresh vegetable salads, sea food and appetizers. The Cipresseto goes well with roast meat, game and heavy hearty pasta dishes. Serve both well chilled from 6 to 8° C (42°F to 46°F).
